Vegetable oil
2 stalkscelery; Sliced
1 Oven cooking bag, turkey Size
1 medonion; Sliced
1 tbFlour
16 poundturkey; thawed (up to 20-pounds)

Simple Roast Turkey Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Shake flour in bag; place in large roasting pan at least 2" deep. Add celery & onions to bag. Remove neck & giblets; rinse turkey; pat dry. Lightly stuff turkey, if desired. Brush turkey with oil. Place turkey in bag. Close bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2" slits in top. Insert meat thermometer through slit in bag into thickest part of inner thigh, not touching bone. Bake until thermometer reads 180 (2 1/2 or 3 hours). Add 1/2 hour for stuffed turkey. Let stand in bag 15 minutes. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
