Simple Salmon Teriyaki Preparation
Heat oil in a small skillet. Add garlic aund sautee until dark golden brown. Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour teriyaki sauce over the fish. Distribute garlic slices evenly on top. Marinate for 45 minutes. Preheat oven (400 F). Bake salmon 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately. Serving suggestion: boiled potatoes with chopped parsley. Salty, but tasty.
