Cheap Party Breadsticks Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Open cans of biscuits and cut each one in half. On the surface of your counter, roll the biscuit halves into strips, each about 6 inches long. Combine Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Roll biscuit "log" first in melted margerine, then in cheese/garlic mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden. Serve hot, with hot spaghetti sauce (or pizza sauce) for dipping. Makes about 40 bread sticks. Note: My daughter and her friends have already requested this for their annual New Years Eve Party at my house. These disappear quickly, so I usually plan on making 2 "batches" at different intervals during the evening. Now for my request, not food related: Posted to EAT-L Digest 14 Dec 96 From: "Sharon H.
