Breaded chicken strips coated in a sweet any spicy buffalo-molasses sauce.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 deep baking dishes with aluminum foil (optional for easy clean up)
In a shallow bowl, combine crushed corn flakes and breadcrumbs. After washing and cutting chicken into strips, pat each piece dry with a paper towel and roll in breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated. Place strips into baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Sauce
Combine molasses, ketchup and buffalo wing sauce in a sauce pan and heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally, thoroughly mixed.
After taking chicken out of the oven, cover chicken with sauce (I used a rubber grill brush to spread it evenly) on both sides and serve.
You can dip the chicken in an egg mixture before coating with breadcrumbs if you prefer, but I usually don't.
