1 pnCayenne
1 tsWorcestershire Sauce
2 tbFlour
1 lbCheddar cheese; shredded
Salt to taste
1 tsOnion; grated
1 cmilk

Cheddar Fondue Preparation

Date: Fri, 22 Mar 1996 15:24:22 -0800 From: Gerald Edgerton Mix shredded cheese and flour until cheese well coated. In a fondue pot heat milk and onion to not quite boiling. Stir in the cheese a little at a time, continuing to heat and stir until all the cheese is melted. Add worcestershire sauce and cayenne, and salt to taste. Keep hot over alcohol burner.
