Original recipe makes 6 Servings
16 ozLow-fat cottage cheese
1 cCanned kernel corn
1/2 cSalsa
6 ozShredded, reduced fat
2 tbFresh Cilantro; chopped
6 Flour tortillas (6")
1/4 cGreen Onions; Sliced
1/4 tsMexican seasoning

Cheese and Corn Tortillas Preparation
