"This is a great, flavorful sandwich! I fixed it for breakfast on one of our non-egg days. Picky Wife liked it, but thought it might be better as a lunch. I fixed it for lunch today, and she's right - it makes a great lunch, too! I use English muffins instead of bagels because Picky Wife doesn't care for bagels. I also added some garlic and dill weed to the cream cheese."
