Family favorite time after time.
Preheat oven to 425.
Add apple slices to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss and set aside.
Squirt with a little lemon juice and set aside.
In medium sauce pan melt butter.
Stir in flour as to make a roue and let bubble a little to cook flour.
Stir in sugars until fully dissolved and then simmer for 1 minute.
Pour sauce over apples and toss.
Arrange into pie shells for baking.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then lower heat to 350 and bake for another 40 minutes.
