Original recipe makes 18 Servings
1/2 cBrown Sugar; firmly packed
2 cMiniature marshmallows
2 cWhole wheat flake cereal
4 cOven-toasted rice cereal
3 tbMargarine
Vegetable cooking spray

Sleepy Butterscotch Bars Preparation

Melt margarine in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar; stir well. Add marshmallows; cook until marshmallows melt, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in cereals. Press cereal mixture evenly into the bottom of a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Let cool for 1 hour. Yield: 18 servings (serving size: 1 [3- x 2-inch] bar).
