Sloppy Beans
Original recipe makes 2 Servings
| 1/4 cGreen Pepper; Chopped |
| 2 cCanned kidney beans, drained |
| 2 tbKetchup |
| 1/4 cOnions; chopped |
| 1/2 tsMustard |
| 1/4 cFF sour cream |
| 3/4 cFF cottage cheese |
| Hamburger buns or toast |
Sloppy Beans Preparation
Saute by whatever means the onion and green pepper until soft. Add the beans, mashing gently, and cook a further 2-3 minutes. Add the ketchup and mustard. Finally, add the cottage cheese and sour cream and cook just until heated through. Serve over the hamburger buns or toast. Enjoy!
