| 1 cnCherry pie filling |
| 3 Eggs |
| 1 tsVanilla |
| 1/2 cSugar |
| 2 8-oz packagescream cheese |
| 24 Vanilla wafers |
Cheesecake Tarts Preparation
Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, eggs, and sugar. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers. Place 1 vanilla wafer, round side up, in each paper-lined cup. Fill each cup 2/3 full with cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, remove from oven and cool. Spoon filling on top of cheesecakes when fully cooled.
