Microwave broccoli until bright green and slightly softened but still crunchy, 4 minutes.
Combine orange and lime juices, tamari, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat skillet over high heat, add coconut oil. Add the scallions and cook for one minute.
Add the ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring for 30 seconds.
Add the beef and cook for 2 minutes.
Stir in broccoli and cook for 30 seconds
Add the mushrooms and continue to stir for 2 minutes.
Stir in the orange juice mixture.
Remove from the heat and add the nuts.
Divide into portions and serve over rice.
