1 tbLemon juice
3 tbParmesan cheese
1/4 cMayonnaise
2 Filets orange roughy

Cheesy Broiled Fish Preparation

From: TOMSTRONG@delphi.com (Alise Weeks) Date: 19 Aug 1995 22:08:04 -0600 Season fish filets with salt and pepper. Mix the mayonnaise, parmesam cheese, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Broil fish filets for about 4 minutes with skin side down. Remove from heat. Turn fish over. Spread mayonniase over the top. Broil until bubbling and until the fish flakes.
