A simple yet very delicious enchilada of my creation, suitable for dinner or lunch
Cook the hamburgers in a preheated skillet until it's done (flip every 1 minute).
On a plate, put the tortilla.
Mix salt pepper soy worsechteshire tabasco sour cream together and put it on the tortillas
Cut the hamburger in two and put it on the tortilla, add the cheddar and mushrooms and tortilla chips and wrap the tortilla. Put in oven for 5 minutes and enjoy.
