Suggest a better descriptionTrim ends and strings off snow peas. Rince and drain water chesnuts. Dry on paper towel. In a large non-stick skillet or a wok, heat walnut oil and sesame oil. Add snow peas and stir-fry about 2 minutes. Add water chesnuts and stir-fry 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
