"The recipe was on point. The entire family loved it. I seared the breast beforehand and added chopped onions & bell peppers as well as low sodium taco seasoning. I waited to add the tortillas chips and 1/2 cup of cheese at the end and baked for about 5 min. The chips turned out nice & crisp. When I served the dish I added salsa and door cream for those that wanted it AND had veggies on the side. The kids were full for the rest off the night. Next time I'll shred the breast after searing so the kids will have a easier time digging in :-)" - stevestubbs

I didn't use the taco seasoning but rather boiled some jalapeƱos and blended to a salsa to add to mixture. Also diced tomatoes and added to mixture. Used corn tortillas at the bottom and top of casserole.

I just made this for supper and we all loved it. I made it with a pre-cooked cicken and shredded it. I also did add the corn chips until the last 5 minutes with the lid off. Mix the half cup of cheese with them. Next time I make this though, I will only use half the taco mix. We found it way too strong. It is worth making again for sure.

Made with 5 massive breasts and cream of mushroom didnt have chicken. Everyone even my 2 yr old liked it. Very juicy chicken, would try and thicken sauce and cheese up a little more.

Delicious!! The chicken turned out really tender and juicy! I will probably use cream of mushroom soup instead next time.

Pretty good. I suggest topping with sliced jalapeƱos and sour cream.

Not bad, but chicken was a little rubbery and I would personally put the corn chips on half way through.

I made this last night and after cooking for 45 minutes my chicken was still raw. I had to cook for another 30 minutes. Next time I make this I may precook the chicken for a few minutes to help get it started. Other than that it was great and my picky eaters loved it.

I made this tonight but made 9 breast Instead of doubling the receipt though I just did 1 1/2 of everything exempt for the taco seasoning I only used one packet and used crushed fritos instead of tortilla chips and it was fantastic I think if would have used more taco seasoning it would have been salty
