Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 Jar (12 ounces) beef or
1/2 lbCooked roast beef, cubed
1 cShredded Cheddar or Swiss
1/4 cChili sauce
2 tbThinly sliced green onion
1 tbWorcestershire Sauce
1 cFrozen sliced carrots

Cheesy Roast Beef Hash Preparation

In 2-quart microwave-safe casserole combine frozen potatoes, roast beef, carrots, gravy, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 12 to 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese and green onion; re-cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings. From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska. Feb 1994
