Pizza with a puff pastry crust
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Line baking tray with baking parchment and greese the parchment paper with butter . Roll out a small amount of puff pastry into a rectangular shape ( it doesnt matter how much you use). Place in the baking tray. Sprinkle some flour on your work top and equipment to prevent your puff pastry from sticking. Spread the chopped tomatoes on the puff pastry. You can use Dolmio bolognaise sauce. Sprinkle the cheese evenly on top. Add the green peppers, fresh tomatoes and sweetcorn. Top with the dried mixed herbs. You can add what ever ingredient you want. Place your pizza pastry in the oven and cook for 20 minutes or when it turns a golden brown colour.
