A quick and easy idea to give an elegant look
Pour an inch of water in a saucepan and let it simmer on the cooker on a low flame. Place the chopped chocolate in a metal bowl and place over the sauepan to rest. The chocolate should be of a type you enjoy eating by itself. Stir the chocolate occasionally. After the chocolate has melted pour into a piping bag which you can buy from any store, or you can make your own. Pipe your decorations on baking paper. You can make any decoration of your choice, place your designs in the fridge for 10-20 minutes or whenever it has hardened. The designs will peel off and you can use them to liven up your delicacy.
