Original recipe makes 8 Servings
Coconut
1 cSugar
2 Egg yolks; beaten
1 cPecans; chopped
1 cCrushed vanilla wafers
Whipped topping
1 Butter
Cherries
lgSugar cookies
1 cCrushed pineapple

Snowballs #1 Preparation

Cream together sugar & butter. Add eggs, pineapple, nuts & crushed vanilla wafers. Mix well. Take 4 large sugar cookies & spread mixture on top of each, then stack. Chill thoroughly. About 1 hour before serving, cover each stack with whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut & top with a cherry. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
