Original recipe makes 8 Servings
2 pk4oz. instant pistachio pudd.
1/2 cmilk
1/2 cVegetable oil
5 xEggs
1/2 cWater
1/2 cChopped walnuts (Optional)
1 pkWhite cake mix

Pistachio Cake W/cream Cheese Frosting Preparation

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes in greased tube pan. Remove from oven; let cool and remove from pan. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 3 tsp butter or marg., softened; 6 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar; 1/4 tsp vanilla. Combine all ingredients and frost cooled cake.
