1 pk White cake mix
5 Eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
2 (4 oz) pk instant pistachio pudding
1/2 cup Chopped walnuts; (Optional)

Original recipe makes 8 Servings



Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350(F) for 45-60 minutes in greased tube pan. Remove from oven; let cool and remove from pan.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: 3 tsp butter or margarine, softened; 6 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar; 1/4 tsp vanilla. Combine all ingredients and frost cooled cake.
