Original recipe makes 36 Servings
4 ozGoat cheese; room temp
1/2 tsSalt
1 cAll-purpose flour
2 tbGrated Parmesan; fresh
1 pnCayenne pepper
1/2 cUnsalted butter; room temp

Chevre Crackers Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 deg. Blend butter and both cheeses in processor until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Process until just blended using on/off turns. Transfer mixture to pastry bag fitted with medium star tip (no. 4). Pipe in 2-inch-long strips on ungreased baking sheet. Bake until edges begin to brown, about 8 minutes. Cool on rack.
