1. Preheat oven to 350?. Grease an EKCO Bakers Secret Cookie Sheet. 2. Toss coconut with flour and salt. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; mix well. Drop batter by quarter-cupfuls one inch apart onto prepared cookie sheet. 3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Makes about 18 macaroons. Melissa1505 4 months agoReally lovely macaroons, I added a bit more of the condensed milk to moisten them just a bit more, but other than that, they were good. I'd like to know how to get them to evenly brown though.

Haileydickens 9 months agoThanks for the recipe! They turned out very good! A good twist to the recipe is adding either orange extract or orange zest.

shanewing 2 years agoPerfect! I doubled the recipe just so I would use up the whole can of milk. just the cookies I was looking for. I also add almond extract. --and colored sugar on top!
