| 2 1/4 cAll-purpose flour |
| 1 tsBaking soda |
| 1/2 tsSalt |
| 1/2 cButter; softened, or margarine |
| 3/4 cGranulated sugar |
| 3/4 cPacked light brown sugar |
| 1 tsVanilla extract |
| 2 Eggs |
| 1 1/3 cupsSkor toffee bits; (Hershey's Crisp Butter Toffee Skor Bits), (10 oz) |
Chewy Skor Toffee Bits Cookies Preparation
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. In large mixer bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs; blend thoroughly. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in toffee bits. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
