3 lbChicken; cut into pieces
1 1/2 cApple Cider Vinegar
Salt; or Patis, to taste
2 Bay Leaves
1 tsBlack Pepper; freshly ground
1 tbPeppercorns
1 tbBrown Sugar; optional
1/2 cSoy sauce
1 12-oz cnCoconut Milk
6 tbGarlic; finely minced

Chicken Adobo in Coconut Milk (Adobong Manok Sa Gata) Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and marinate for two hours. Boil mixture till chicken is tender. Separate sauce from chicken and broil chicken until brown.
