1/2 cBell peppers; chopped
1 tsVegetable oil
1/2 cOnions; chopped
2 Red Cooking Apples
10 3/4 ozLow-fat cream of mushroom
4 White bread toast slices
3 Chicken Breast Halves; boned
1 tbDijon mustard
1/4 cHalf and half
3/4 cApple juice
1/2 cWhite wine
1 1/2 tsSugar
1 tsChicken Bouillon Crystals
1 pk(8 Oz) Sliced Mushrooms
1 tsButter
1/2 cOnions; chopped
1 tbSkim milk; or more if needed
1 cMinute Rice; prepared
1 1/2 cFrozen mixed vegetables;
1 cTurkey light meat,

Souper Leftovers Preparation
