Original recipe makes 8 Servings
2 lbGround beef
Italian Seasonings (Garlic
3/4 cWater
1 1/2 cFresh bread crumbs
1 Envelope Lipton Recipe
2 Eggs
6 Asparagus Spears, washed and
V small amount of light oil
Marinara Sauce (bottled or
Plus your favorites)
Rice or Small pasta
1/3 cKetchup
2 Chicken Breasts, deboned
1/2 cShredded Part-skim Mozzerela
Toothpicks

Souperior Meat Loaf Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. In a large baking pan, shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour or until done. Also good (according to the package) with their beefy onion, onion-mushroom or beefy mushroom soup mixes.) Recipe on Lipton Onion soup mix package. Electronic format by Cathy Harned.
