1 tsChili powder
1 tbFresh dill; chopped or 1
Cilantro; optional
1 cRed onion; sliced
1 tsolive oil
Salsa; optional
Nonfat sour cream; optional
1 csour cream; (8 ounces)
8 Chicken, skinned; pieces
1 lbSkinless boneless chicken
1 cGreen bell peppers; sliced
1 Envelopedry onion soup
1 cnmushroom; sliced
1 tbLemon juice
2 cBlack beans; cooked
1 10.75-oz cancondensed soup
8 Flour tortillas
1 1/2 clowfat cheddar; Shredded

Sour Cream "N" Dill Chicken Preparation

Place chicken in a single layer in a 13 in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with pepper. Combine soup, soup mix, sour cream, lemon juice, dill and mushrooms; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350! for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serve over egg noodles if desired. Yield: 4-6 From the files of Al Rice, North Pole Alaska. Feb 1994
