Original recipe makes 8
1 1/4 tsCelery seed
1 cGreen Onions; Sliced
1 1/2 ccelery; Sliced
1/2 cSour cream
1/3 ccucumber; Diced
10 Mediumred potatoes; cooked
4 Eggs; Hard boiled
1 1/2 tsHorseradish sauce
1 cMayonnaise
1/3 cClear, Italian dressing; bottled
1 tsYellow mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Sour Cream Potato Salad Preparation

While potatoes are warm, pour on the dressing. Chill 2 hours. Add celery and onion. Add the egg whites, chopped. Sieve egg yolks, combine with mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, mustard, and celery seed. Chill 2 hours and add diced cucumber. Contributed by Wesley Pitts Origin: "Wenonahs Pantry", Bryan, TX
