1/4 cLemon, diced, peeled
3/4 cCelery, chopped
4 cBread crumbs, dried
1/4 cButter/margarine, melted
1/2 cSour cream
2 tbLemon rind, grated
1/2 cOnion; chopped
1 tsPaprika
1 tsSalt

Sour Cream Stuffing for Fish Preparation

Cook celery and onion in butter til tender. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes approximately 1 quart stuffing for fish. Source: South Central Bell Notes Recipe date: 12/13/87
