Easy to make salsa
Half onion and add to 7 cup (or larger) food processor. Drain cans of diced tomatoes and add to processor. Top with cilantro leaves, cumin, minced garlic, and juice from squeezed lime. Drain cans of Rotel and add to processor. Cover and pulse 10-15 times until desired consistency. If desired, add ground sea salt to taste. Makes 7 cups.
Let flavors blend in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
