Suggest a better descriptionSteam cauliflower until almost done. Sautée
onions and saffron in frying pan 5 or 6 minutes.
Add the garlic, pepper flakes, and a few pinches
of the parsley. Stir, then add the cauliflower. Toss
and then add 1/2 cup water, and cook until the
cauliflower is tender. Add a little salt and half the
remaining parsley. Add the cooked pasta, the
rest of the parsley, and sprinkle with cheese.
Serve.
(Can add shrimp)
