Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 mdTomato; chopped, (3/4 cup)
1 tbVegetable oil
3 tbLime juice
2 cn(15 to 16 ounces each) black
1 Anaheim chili; chopped, or
1 smOnion; chopped, (1/4 cup)
1 tbGrated lime peel
1 Garlic; crushed
2 cn(6 ounces each) white tuna

Southwest Tuna with Black Beans Preparation

Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion, chili and garlic in oil about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until onion is softened.Stir in remaining ingredients.
