Southwest Tuna with Black Beans
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 1 mdTomato; chopped, (3/4 cup) |
| 1 tbVegetable oil |
| 3 tbLime juice |
| 2 cn(15 to 16 ounces each) black |
| 1 Anaheim chili; chopped, or |
| 1 smOnion; chopped, (1/4 cup) |
| 1 tbGrated lime peel |
| 1 Garlic; crushed |
| 2 cn(6 ounces each) white tuna |
Southwest Tuna with Black Beans Preparation
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion, chili and garlic in oil about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until onion is softened.Stir in remaining ingredients.
