Suggest a better descriptionRoll out Velveeta Mexican cheese spread on wax paper. Mix onions with cream cheese. Spread onion/cream mixture over the rolled out Velveeta Mexican cheese. Place sliced beef on top of the other and roll up. Place in refrigerator until firm. Slice with a sharp knife and serve with crackers.
