Korean Barbecue Beef
Cut beef (or Chicken of you wish) in to thin strips, about 1/8" to 3/16" thick.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a large enough metal bowl and mix well.
Add Beef or Chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for an hour or so at room temp, or in the fridge as long as overnight for the next day.
Heat a stir fry pan or large skillet on medium-high heat and stir fry the meat for just a few minutes, until cooked through. Serve immediately with your favorite stir fried rice, noodles, Kim Chee, Spinach/Watercress salad, or what ever you'd like!
Note: This is one recipe where I NEVER toss the marinade! After cooking the meat I throw the marinade right into the same pan and heat it to a simmer to use as a sauce to pour over the Bolkogi or side dishes.
