1/2 lbKasseri cheese; grated
1 cButter or margarine
1 lbSpaghetti
1/4 lbRomano cheese; grated
Karen Mintzias
1/4 cChopped parsley

Spaghetti Mizithra (Greek-Style Spaghetti) Preparation

Cook spaghetti until tender but firm to the bite. Drain. Melt butter in large skillet and cook just until it turns brown. Meanwhile, combine cheeses.
