Hot and sweet, this is awesome...
put everything except the Jalapenos in a sauce pan. Boil until combined, this will not take long. While the mixture is still hot add the jalapenos. This will cook them slightly, but they will still have a crunch and most of their heat.
Let the jalapenos sit in the pickling liquid for about an hour on the stove top. When it's cool it can all be transferred to a jar and put in the fridge.
To make a milder version, remove seeds and the white ribbing from the jalapenos before they go into the hot pickling liquid.
