A taco version of your classic Italian stuffed shells. ¡Muy bueno!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the shells as directed on box.
While the shells are cooking, cook the ground beef as directed on the back of the taco packet. Then add the cream cheese to the pan and blend.
Coat the base of a large casserole dish with the whole jar of salsa.
Take the jumbo shells and rinse them under cool water or just allow to cool. Take a pinch of cheddar cheese and put it inside the shell, than a tablespoon of the taco meat. Be sure the meat is inside the shell. Do that with all the shells and place them in the dish. Coat the shells with equal amount of both cheeses.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
Also you can drizzle it with taco sauce if desired.
