|1/2 cCarrots; Peeled & Shredded|
|2 cLettuce; Bite Sized Pieces|
|Strips, 1 cup|
|1/2 cGreen Pepper; Chopped|
|3 ozCream Cheese; Cubed, 1 Pk|
|2 lgEggs; Hard Cooked, Chopped|
|1 smOnion; Sliced|
|1/2 tsGarlic salt|
|2 cSpinach; Bite Sized Pieces|
|OIL AND VINEGAR DRESSING|
|1/2 cCucumber; Halved & Sliced|
|1/2 lbCooked Ham; Cut Into 1/2"|
|1/2 cVegetable oil|
Special Chefs Salad Preparation
Combine the lettuce, spinach, green pepper, carrots, cucumber, ham, cream cheese, eggs and onion in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate. Prepare the Oil And Vinegar Dressing; cover and refrigerate. OIL AND VINEGAR DRESSING: Combine all of the ingredients in a glass jar, cover and shake well. Makes 3/4 Cup. TO SERVE: Pour the dressing over the vegetables, toss gently to coat and serve.
