"This was very good, but I added a lot to it....a tablespoon of fresh minced ginger, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 onion thinly sliced 1/2 bunch green onions, 1/4 orange or red bell pepper, 1/2 cup stir fry sauce and seseme seeds. The basic recipe is good but a bit bland so it needs extra. I submitted my photo for this dish so you can see how nice, inexpensive and very tasty it was. Definately a winner." - niceNspicy

Good taste. Love the noodles. The trick is not to add so much water to bowl. Make it not enough to cover noodles, just stir more often. Also, add a little Srirachi and its perfect.

Bland. Must add seasoning. Also real noodles would be better.

I added some other things to it but it was good. Maybe with different noodles it would be better? The noodles were a bit mushy.

I added: Ginger, garlic, onions, hoisen sauce
