Chicken Luncheon Sandwich
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 5
| 1/4 cGreen bell pepper |
| 1 1/8 cWisconsin Cheddar; Shredded |
| 9/16 ccelery; Finely chopped |
| Lettuce leaves |
| Rolls; or bread |
| 1 1/8 Green onion; chopped |
| 1 1/8 tbpimiento; Chopped |
| 9/16 cMayonnaise |
| Salt to taste |
| 9/16 cPlain yogurt |
| 1 2/3 cchicken; Chopped cooked |
| Black Pepper; to taste |
Chicken Luncheon Sandwich Preparation
Combine chicken, cheese, celery, bell pepper, onion, pimiento, mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve on rolls with lettuce. Makes about 5 cups. Favorite recipe from WISCONSIN MILK MARKETING BOARD (c) 1992.
