Pre heat oven to 425 deg
Combine 1st 6 ingredients
Combine 2nd 6 ingredients
Mix in medium bowl with spoon until well combined
Spray muffin pan with oil
Pour into muffin pan. It should fill a standard 12 hole muffin pan
Bake for 35 minutes or until well brown on top.
If you cook it till its well brown on top it makes it crunchy on top and is still very moist inside...
