Chicken Salsa Cups Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Place won ton wrappers in miniature muffin cups and press the pastry to fit the shape of the cup. Place them in the oven and bake 6 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Meanwhile, cut chicken into small dice. Heat oil in large frying pan. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it begins to brown, about 5 minutes. Stir in salsa and cook until heated through, about 1 minute. When pastry cups are done, remove from oven and fill with chicken. Garnish with cilantro.
