1. Placer les tranches de pain sur un comptoir propre et tartiner d'une fine couche de moutard.
2. Répartir le porc sur 4 tranches de pain en repliant les tranches de porc pour créer du volume.
3. Ajouter 30 ml ( 2 c. à soupe) de tartinade aux abricots et déposer une tranche de fromage pour emprisonner la tartinade entre le porc et le fromage.
4. Garnir de laitue et refermer avec les 4 autres tranches de pain.
5. Placer dans des contenants hermétiques et conserver au frais jusqu'au repas.
