Squash replaces some cheese
Combine squash&2tbs water. Micro 4min, stir, micro, covered 4 min. Mash& set aside.
2 cook pasta according to pkg directions
3 heat butter, add mushrooms& onions, med heat for about 5 min., sprinkle flour over mushroom mix, Cook&stir, 1 min. Add milk, Cook&stir stir , med heat until thickened & bubbly. Stir in squash, add pasta, gently fold to combine
4. Transfer half of the pasta mixture to the 2qt. Coated baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese. Add remaining pasta and cheese. Top with bacon
5. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 min.
