Suggest a better descriptionTake turkey out of refrigerator 1/2 hour before cooking.
Preheat oven to 350°
In the bottom of the pan, put 3/4 cup water, onion, garlic, potatoes, chicken broth, and tomato sauce. Sprinkle with paprika.
Rinse and pull stuff out of inside of turkey.
Pour boiling water inside and out of turkey to clean it.
Put turkey in pan breast up.
Wash lemon, cut in half and put inside turkey.
Sprinkle honey, paprika, and a little water together and smear onto and under skin.
Tie legs with twine if falling over.
Cook for about 4 1/2 hours or equivalent to 20 minutes per pound (3 lbs per hour).
Cover with foil towards end when browned to prevent burning.
