In another large skillet, heat remaning 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat, add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Stir in remaining 1/2 teaspoon each garlic salt and pepper. Provolone cheese sauce: in a large skillet. melt butter over medium heat. add flour, anc cook 2 minutes, whisking constantly. Slowly add broth, whisking until smooth. Cook, stirring frequently, for 8-10 minutes or until think and bubbly. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth. Stir in pepper. Divide beef and onion mixture among hoagie rolls. Top with provolone cheese sauce and serve immediately.
