Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450 F. Slice sweet potato into thin wedges. Place in bag olive oil, salt and pepper, and shake. Spread slices on baking sheet and cover with foil. Place on lowest rack in oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
Remove foil and turn potatoes. Return to oven and bake for 10 - 15 more minutes or until done.
