Animal Andy's recipe for his famous Asian spicy wings. To do this properly, you will need a smoker.
Place applewood chips in smoker pan and pre-heat smoker to 300-350 degrees. While smoker is pre-heating, lay wings on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with Bucks Zesties Seasoning. Once smoker is between 300-350, place wings on a smoker rack in a single file. Place in smoker, and smoke for 1 hour. After 1 hour, remove wings and coat them in the Asian Glaze that you have made up. Return to smoker for another 15 minutes. Remove and coat again. Return for another 15 minutes. After this, remove and let cool. Enjoy
